What's Freeze-Thaw AWAKENING?

Freeze-Thaw AWAKENING was developed by Japanese people in Japan based on the fact that tropical plants such as bananas that live in tropical and subtropical regions were once found in glacial environments.
So far, more than 230 species of tropical plants and other plants have been made available for cultivation in temperate regions such as Japan.

Seeds or growing cell masses of the target crop are maintained at the appropriate activation temperature of tropical plants in a trehalose solution for animal cell protection prepared at the appropriate concentration for the purpose of expressing genes with cold tolerance. After impregnation for an appropriate period of time, it was cooled down to -60°C for a period of time (six months), frozen, and then thawed again for a period of time. The result was the birth of Freeze-Thaw AWAKENING.
Freeze-Thaw AWAKENING is natural, completely organic and pesticide-free, with no need for genetic modification.
And the technology has advanced to the point where it is possible to awaken many species in a single day. In addition to seeds, it is now also possible to awaken trees.

ENVIRONMENTAL ADAPTABILITY

The freezing and thawing process resets the past environmental information stored in RNA. As a result, the ability to adapt to the environment after germination is strengthened, and cold and heat resistance can be expected to be improved.

GROWTH SPEED

Freeze-thaw awakening bananas are high in antioxidants and maintain their commercial value for a long time because they turn brown extremely slowly.
If the thin-skinned Gros Michel variety is grown without pesticides, even the nutritious skin can be eaten safely and deliciously.

The coffee saplings planted in Japan in 2021 have borne fruit.
